ANNUAL N SCALE VEHICLE OF THE YEAR AWARDS
The voting for the First Annual N Scale Vehicle of the Year Awards took place at the 2005 National N Scale Convention* in San Diego, California. Since that convention, the awards have become an integral part of the annual conventions.
The purpose of the awards is to recognize the manufacturers that produce the N scale vehicle models we so appreciate and need. The awards consist of two categories; the New N Scale Vehicle of the Year Awards for models produced with new tooling or molds, and the Enhanced N Scale Vehicle of the Year Awards for models produced from existing tooling or molds, but the models are enhanced or modified with new features or new paint schemes.
